Your Rights and Obligations Explained

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "lu88cy", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the lu88cy platform, operated at lu88cy.pro and all associated services, products, and digital properties.
• "Platform" — means the lu88cy website at lu88cy.pro, including all casino games, sports betting markets, cockfighting channels, jackpot slots, virtual sports, and account management systems accessible via any device or browser.
• "You", "Player", "User" — means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the lu88cy platform, whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor.
• "Account" — means the individual, non-transferable account created by a Pakistan player during the lu88cy registration process, identified by a unique username and associated with a verified Pakistan identity.
• "PKR" — means Pakistani Rupee, the exclusive transaction currency on the lu88cy platform. All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR.
• "Balance" — means the total PKR funds held in a player's lu88cy account, including any unrestricted cash balance and, where separately noted, bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — means any PKR credit added to an account through a lu88cy promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or loyalty reward. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements and are distinct from the real-money cash balance.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process lu88cy requires all Pakistan players to complete before withdrawals are permitted.
• "Services" — means all products and features offered on the lu88cy platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, jackpot slots, cockfighting, virtual sports, instant win games, and account management tools.

To be eligible to register and use a lu88cy account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of Pakistan or accessing the lu88cy platform from Pakistan.
• You are acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any other person.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a lu88cy employee or contractor.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from lu88cy or had a lu88cy account permanently closed for terms violations.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction that makes your use of the lu88cy platform harmful to yourself or others.
• All personal information you provide to lu88cy during registration and KYC is accurate, complete, and current.

lu88cy reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds held will be handled in accordance with lu88cy's underage gambling policy.

Each Pakistan player may hold only one (1) registered account on the lu88cy platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held across all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate details including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid email address, and a Pakistan mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential.

lu88cy strongly recommends that all Pakistan account holders enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their lu88cy account via the Security settings. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether authorised or not, unless you notify lu88cy immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

lu88cy may at its sole discretion decline any account registration without providing a reason, and may request additional documentation from any player at any time to verify identity, age, or source of funds.

All transactions on the lu88cy platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to any deposit or withdrawal. The PKR amount you deposit is the PKR amount credited to your lu88cy balance — and the PKR amount you request to withdraw is the PKR amount sent to your Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, HBL, or UBL account.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, HBL Bank Transfer, and UBL Bank Transfer. lu88cy reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

• Minimum deposit: 500 PKR via any accepted method.
• Minimum withdrawal: 500 PKR via Easypaisa or JazzCash.
• Withdrawal processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash — typically 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers — up to one business day.
• Withdrawal fees: lu88cy charges no fees on standard PKR withdrawals. Any fees charged by the receiving payment provider are the player's responsibility.

Withdrawals are only permitted to payment accounts registered in the same name as the lu88cy account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. lu88cy may request proof of ownership of any withdrawal account at any time.

lu88cy reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending verification checks, fraud investigations, or review of potential terms violations. Players will be notified of any such hold and provided with the steps required to resolve it.

lu88cy offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistan players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated with individual promotions.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real PKR. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Game contributions: Not all lu88cy games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage. Virtual sports and cockfighting contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed bonuses expire after 7 days from the date they are offered. Active bonuses with a stated time limit expire if the wagering requirement is not met within that period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Maximum bet during bonus wagering: While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet limit of 500 PKR per spin or per bet applies across all lu88cy games. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held on a lu88cy account at any time. Activating a new bonus before completing the wagering requirement on an existing bonus may result in the forfeit of the uncompleted bonus.
• Abuse and fraud: lu88cy reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, or any other conduct that lu88cy determines is designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine recreational play.

All bets and gaming activity on lu88cy are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each product section of the platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until lu88cy's system has accepted it and confirmation is displayed on screen. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game, table, or betting market on lu88cy displays its own minimum and maximum PKR stake. Players may not place bets outside these limits.
• Void bets: lu88cy reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an erroneously priced market, or placed in circumstances where a technical fault affected the integrity of the market or game outcome. Voided bets are refunded to the player's PKR balance in full.
• Disconnection during games: lu88cy's platform is designed to handle disconnections gracefully. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot spin, the game result is determined by the server-side record, which constitutes the authoritative outcome. lu88cy is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connection failures.
• Payout disputes: In any dispute about the outcome of a bet, game, or event on lu88cy, the company's system records constitute the definitive record. Player-side screenshots or logs are not accepted as evidence in disputes. All disputes must be submitted to lu88cy's support team within 72 hours of the disputed event.
• Progressive jackpots: Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on lu88cy are indicative and update in real time. The jackpot amount displayed at the moment a winning spin is confirmed is the authoritative payout amount. PKR jackpot winnings are paid directly to the winning player's lu88cy balance.

lu88cy is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Pakistan players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial strategy, a source of stress, or a behaviour that causes harm to you or the people around you.

lu88cy provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Pakistan account holders, accessible via Account Settings:

• PKR Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total PKR deposited to your lu88cy account. Limits are applied immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications at your chosen intervals (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours) to prompt a break evaluation during active gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss threshold per day, week, or month across all lu88cy games and betting markets.
• Self-Exclusion — Short Term: Request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 6 weeks. During this period your lu88cy account is inaccessible and no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion — Long Term: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion (6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent) via lu88cy's 24/7 support team. Long-term exclusions cannot be reversed until the specified period has elapsed.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the lu88cy platform. Engaging in any of the below activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one lu88cy account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other stage.
• Using the lu88cy platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any scripting system to interact with the lu88cy platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or market on lu88cy.
• Using the lu88cy platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime, or any activity contrary to applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or interfere with lu88cy's software, systems, or intellectual property.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, matched betting designed solely to exploit promotional terms, or systematic arbitrage of lu88cy odds against other platforms.
• Facilitating access to the lu88cy platform by any individual who has been self-excluded or permanently banned.

All content on the lu88cy platform — including but not limited to the lu88cy brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, promotional materials, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of lu88cy or its licensed game and content providers.

Pakistan players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the lu88cy platform for private recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any lu88cy content without prior written permission.
• Creating derivative works based on lu88cy content or software.
• Using lu88cy's brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context without written authorisation.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the lu88cy platform.

Unauthorised use of lu88cy's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by lu88cy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lu88cy's total liability to any Pakistan player arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the lu88cy platform shall not exceed the total PKR deposited by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lu88cy is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a player's own errors, misunderstandings, or misuse of the platform.
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions on the player's side.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, etc.).
• Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond lu88cy's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit lu88cy's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

lu88cy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Pakistan player account at any time and without prior notice if lu88cy reasonably suspects or confirms:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Use of the platform in a manner that poses a risk to lu88cy, other players, or third parties.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or legal obligation requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a terms breach, any genuine PKR real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their most recently used PKR withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their own lu88cy account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

lu88cy collects, stores, and processes personal data from Pakistan players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The types of personal data collected include registration details (name, email, phone number, CNIC), financial transaction records, gaming activity logs, and device/session data.

lu88cy uses this data to operate and maintain accounts, process PKR deposits and withdrawals, comply with KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations, detect fraud and prohibited conduct, personalise the player experience, and communicate promotional offers where consent has been given.

lu88cy does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to payment processing partners (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, HBL, UBL), game software providers, and fraud prevention services — all of whom are bound by strict data protection obligations.

lu88cy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting player rights, bonus terms, or withdrawal conditions — lu88cy will provide reasonable notice to Pakistan players via email to the registered account address or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the lu88cy platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the lu88cy platform and contact support to arrange account closure before the effective date of the change.

The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") reflects the most recent revision. We encourage all Pakistan players to review these terms periodically to stay informed of their rights and obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version for all purposes, including any dispute resolution process.

In the event of a dispute between a Pakistan player and lu88cy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the lu88cy platform, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to lu88cy's 24/7 English support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Provide your account details, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. lu88cy will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Review: lu88cy's complaints team will investigate the issue and aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days. Complex disputes involving transaction records or game outcome review may take up to 20 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with lu88cy's resolution, you may escalate the dispute. lu88cy will provide the appropriate escalation route at the time of the complaint response.
